Excellent job by Tech Drew he was detailed and quick with his assessment and a wealth of knowledge when diagnosing my unit. Post sent to Peaden heating and cooling: The technician initially misquoted the job, stating that the air box was causing air to seep out of the return box above the unit. I had to call Express Air for a second opinion. Their technician, Andrew, inspected the apartment and determined within about five minutes that the coils needed to be cleaned and that the closet door needed to be replaced to improve airflow. Based on the more thorough assessment and professional service I received from Express Air, I will be using Express Air exclusively for future HVAC needs.
