My A/C went out and I called Express. Minh came out and he was right on time. He was very courteous and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable. He was so easy to deal with and I will always want him to do my repairs in the future. It's really hard to find such good customer service these days, but I will definitely recommend Minh and Express.

Our AC went out last night. Called Express Air this morning and given an appointment for between 9-11 this morning. Our technician, Minh, phoned before arrival and arrived promptly at 0915. He explained our problems before doing any repairs and completed repairs in a timely, professional manner and cleaned up after repairs. Will definitely be using Express Air in the future and requesting Minh in particular. Thank you.

Randy came to get my mom house today ...we thought it wasn't cooling...he kindly explained what we needed to do...he checked on our unit to make sure everything was running properly...it was !!
