Called to get a basic diagnostic to insure system was functioning as it should. Got an appointment for the following morning. Tech showed up on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. System checked out and just needed a new thermostat. Since I already ordered a new Ecobee, tech installed a temporary until new thermostat arrived. Fantastic service and the service call was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use Express for my future AC needs.

Install team was great!

We had a clogged line on a Saturday evening, and water was dripping from a recessed light in our bedroom. We called one HVAC company but got an AI answering service, so I found Express Air Conditioning and Heating and gave them a call. Minh answered the phone and said he could come out in an hour. He did! He blew out the line and also replaced a capacitor that was weak. Great service and pricing for an after hour call! Thank you!

Yeah, I appreciate Randy came out on short notice and did a complete service check of my 4 ton AC and war slippers inside took all the steps that he needed to spent well over an hour and explained everything basic to me so I can understand. Will be replacing my AC with this company because of the work that he did today.
