Randy is the best I called him at 7:30 and he was out by 8:45 had trouble shot the system and come up with solutions not a sales pitch which I appreciated. Unfortunately for me it looks like I'm probably going to need to start looking at a new evaporator coil and I think he's the guy that's going to do it. Call Randy.

Today, I called Express Air Now and was immediately calmed by a quick schedule within a couple of hours and when the HVAC Technician, Mink called because I recognized his voice from when I used Express a while back BECAUSE Mink and Express Air are HONEST Technicians who do not run ac scam on clients. Also, the lady who schedules has always been cool and understanding (I always remember being honorably well assisted). Walmer (Alex) and Express Air (Mink) are the best HVAC companies in town because they know their business anf they don't try to scam you over like the other company I used for 20 years did last Summer for a normal service that was owed to me prepaid for checkup service. When they proved the day after I installed my new unit, he began a laundry list of problems on a brand new 5 ton unit whem there none. Alex with Walmer and Express Air with Mink will by the only HVAC companies I will use for the foreseen future since most of the others are running the AC scam. Thank Mink.

I’ve been using Express Air for several years now. They provide professional service with great value. Minh did some work this week and went the extra mile to make sure all is correct. If you want a fair deal with great service call Express Air you will be happy you did.

I chose Express Air based on their Google Review summary; they had a very high satisfaction rate (4.9) with a corresponding high number of reviews (over 2K) - and I'm glad I did! Jason (the owner/CEO) came out personally to perform the estimate and was very exacting and thorough - he listened to both my general AC needs (e.g., appropriate level efficiency SEER2 rating, compressor tonnage, price and need for a top-rated, name-brand product) and specific AC issues (air distribution / ventilation issues). My estimate for a top-rated AC system brand and model that was properly configured for my house was WELL below other estimates I had obtained; I further chose to take advantage of an extended 10-year labor warranty based on the significant savings I experienced. During the installation process, the 2 x technicians were thorough and knowledgeable - they knew their business! Jason had also come out to inspect the work and ensure top quality prior to completion. No doubt - I made the right call. On 28 July of this year I needed a routine service. I was fortunate to have Randy one of their senior technicians come on site. He did a very thorough examination and replaced a low coolant level in no time flat. That’s the benefit of having experience in a knowledgeable technicians professionals who know what they’re doing - Once again, I made the right call by choosing express air-conditioning.
