Available Positions

HVAC Service Tech

Hours/pay: Full time, performance pay – $35/hour + sales spiffs

8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, with on call rotation nights and weekends.

Location: Pensacola, FL

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC service technician. A minimum of 1 year experience as a service tech in the field is required, must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and posses the ability to read wiring schematics, understand ohm’s law and simple refrigeration concepts like superheat/ sub- cooling.

Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background check
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• 1+ years of HVAC service and annual maintenance experience
• EPA Certification
• Desire to learn and grow a career in the HVAC industry
• Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds

Lead HVAC Installer           

Full time, Piece work pay=  minimum $35 per hour + sales spiffs

Location: Pensacola, Fl. to Destin, Fl. Service Area

Benefits:

Health plan (Florida Blue), holiday pay, sick leave, cell phone, tablet.

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday thru Friday with Saturday install rotation

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Installer, a minimum of 1 year experience as a lead installer in the field is required, must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, possess a strong work ethic, take pride in your work and be proficient at installing air conditioning/ heating components and equipment to company standards while maintaining a professional demeanor thereby offering our customers a high quality experience.  

Qualifications:

• Must pass drug and background check
• Valid license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of prior install experience
• EPA certification
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerants, gas and electrical furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential systems
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems

HVAC Installer Helper

Full time, Piece work pay=  minimum $16 to $18 per hour 

Location: Pensacola, Fl. to Destin, Fl. Service Area

• Willingness to learn the trade
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders
