Twice now -- both with the initial purchase of my unit, and with the repair of the same unit, Express was there for me in a big way. They provided financing for the unit when I was denied by others, and the unit was considerably cheaper than the other quotes. Express was supportive and helpful throughout the whole process, and three years went by with no issues. Recently I was given an estimate for work needed on my unit. It was really high, so I called Express for a second opinion. Curtis explained everything to me in a knowledgeable and easy to understand manner, including what the first estimate got wrong. Curtis was punctual and knowledgeable in regards to the time needed to do the repair. He patiently answered all my questions in a way that I could understand . The initial service call fee was deducted from the repair bill. I really appreciate everyone at Express for taking care of me and I will recommend them to everyone.
